This past Saturday, I had the privilege of meeting with a group of people who heard Michael Brown speak several months ago.

At the heart of Michael’s discovery is the fact that the only reason people suffer is because they are not “here,” not present. He learned that each moment’s experience is what we each create. No one else is responsible. If we are continually looking for something, someone, outside of ourselves to fix us, we will suffer.
