"An inspiring book that not only deepens the reader's understanding of the arising new consciousness, but also offers many valuable and effective practices for awakening in daily life."

"If you are reading this now, I believe that, intuitively you know we are the transition generation-the ones to go beyond humanity's current repetitive insane acts…"

Are you Ready to Live a New Reality?

That is the invitation Constance Kellough's new book, "The Leap" offers. I found myself reading her newly released book as quickly as I could digest each chapter. Page-by-page I discovered quotes and insights that spoke directly to my heart. I found that so many of my thoughts and observations were expressed and deepened into an eloquently written, conscious, and intentional map. Each chapter designed to shift our reality, one person at a time, into a collective evolutionary leap. I believe this book may be one you will read over, and over, again.

Often in conversations with my Mother I remember her spending our time together describing every negative thing that crossed her mind. She would start with personal accounts as related to her life, then would add to the assault by gathering further evidence as she would describe problems throughout the world. She would rant on about the starving people in Africa, racism around the world, violence in the name of religion--gasping for air--the list would go on and on. Then she would query me, asking why I wasn't a more aware individual. Why I didn't watch the evening news and stay up on current events?

During each of our mother-daughter chats I "was" offered an opportunity to become more aware. Maybe not as she prescribed, but I found myself giving her the best explanation that I knew to give.

"Mom, I understand what you observe in the world exists for you. And I am not saying it isn't real. But, all I know how to do is be the best example I know how to be. I have to trust that people are innately good, and that my example may ripple and touch someone's life because we are all interconnected."

My mom didn't have much to say after that. She would calm down for a minute while still ranting under her breath, and then she'd change the subject by going to the fridge to she what she could find for us to eat. We'd share some food, then hug good-bye as we told each other we loved one another. I would always feel sad when I left. I didn't know how to directly support my mom other than love her as unconditionally as I could. She didn't know how to unplug herself from this self-validating victim hood. Nor, did she know how to find and use transformational tools to change her reality. For her, the world was unsafe, unloving, and filled with fear for the most part.

What if a book like, "The Leap" existed for my mother's generation? Would she have been able step into the hope this book so masterfully offers? I don't really know, but I can't help but wish I could've shared it with her. I certainly feel that in current times anyone who picks up this transformational book will find it most useful for creating a shift in his or her perceptions and reality. The flow of the chapters build a solid strategy to awaken each of us from our limitations and illusions while offering exercises that teach us how to live in deeply resourceful states.

For instance, in chapter two, "The Foundation for the Leap," we learn how to still our minds and connect with the divine dwelling within each of us. This is where we realize our essence and connect to the field of infinite knowing where "the external fear-evoking world loses its hold on us."

Chapter two goes on to envision our world leaders doing the same prior to deliberations--retreating into stillness to gather spiritual wisdom before taking course-changing actions. We look at the concept of corporations, institutions, and work places honoring "stillness breaks" where employees are offered time to be truly present to connect with their higher self and create from this resourceful state.

In chapter three, "Inner Knower," we learn how our thoughts are made up of memories, and how we rearrange the memories stored in our brains. This is why we must go deeper to find true inspiration. We learn how to live from the inside out so we may encounter what it feels like to be guided by inner peace while accessing knowing centers where skills of clairvoyance and telepathy are enhanced.

In Chapter Four, "Your Finger Only Points at You," the value of releasing judgment and blame is covered, and how scapgoating and terrorism are related. We learn how we are responsible for how we respond to all we see and experience and how self-love provides us with a strong foundation for learning. This chapter continues to awaken our part in creating our reality. It teaches us how we get caught up in drama, and how we play various parts: making assumptions, projecting, witnessing, and participating.

Wisdom builds step-by-step through the visions Kellough shares as she departs practical insights to awaken our senses. The Leap is a visionary guidebook. We learn how to get a "real life" by letting our divine nature out of the closet to share true spiritual integrity with others. We learn about blessing, true wealth, how to love ourselves, and the purpose of living in a body. We discover the power of intention, and how critical mass plays a part in the "Evolution of Consciousness into Matter."

Once you learn, or perhaps relearn what The Leap offers, you can easily imprint this wisdom through thirty-six practices for being a conscious living example. If you are interested in experiencing a profound reality shift, then you will thoroughly enjoy reading The Leap as you go on to realign with the power of your intentions and discover how to have and share noble knowledge. I think a quote in the book really sums up an important realization.

"This is why the contents of some spiritual books have real transformative power, whereas others do not. Transformative books emerge from the authentic state of being that they are trying to bring to the awareness of their readers. As such, a transference takes place, as the writer's Presence is carried through the words and extended to the reader, thereby awakening the reader to their own Presence."

The Leap is an experiential book that offer you a gift of transformation. I wish to leave you with two questions: Are you ready for the critical mass of society on a whole to take a Reality Leap? Do you want to play a part in that Leap? Shifts do happen!

This book will resonate with everyone so concerned with world peace, honesty, and unity consciousness that discouragement is easy in today’s mayhem and violence.  With much compassion, Kellough describes this seemingly hopeless situation, pointing out that prayers, peace marches, letters of determination to end war don’t seem to be working.  There is only one way out, she writes, and that is what The Leap is all about.

Stillness is the foundation for this leap.  Not just silence, but the deeper stillness where inner wisdom is found.  Seeing each other as one Consciousness comes as a major leap.  With no room for judgment in this higher consciousness, blame, hate, and guilt disappear.  It is not easy to shift from blaming others of low integrity to the awareness of our joint responsibility.  “If we do not see and accept that in some way we are part of the insanity, we can never hope to heal it.”  That is key for the value of this book, for while “we realize that even as we have each caused the condition our world is in, we are also each its savior.”  Tough concept that, but of major importance.  What we are doing now is “fiddling with effects…never transforming them.”  The author visualizes a time when governments, board members of businesses and religious organizations will schedule regular “stillness breaks” in their ongoing affairs.

Possibly the most practical aspect of The Leap, is the “Leap Practices” in Part II.  I was pleased to see these didn’t list the usual meditation, affirmations, chanting, etc. that many are already practicing.  Instead Kellough invites us to try different focuses each day.  Extend your peace to others, rather than pray for peace.  Drop your drama.  Extend love even when you find it difficult.  Set a daily intention, and review at the end of the day.  Invite another to join you in Presence.  Are we doing these?  What if everybody did?  If everyone read this book, or another of like intent, not only living in the peace of the present moment, but world peace itself would be the natural result.

The Leap is an important and timely book filled with depth and meaning. The voice and message are like a bell ringing clear and true. The book begins with a wakeup call, clearly describing the current reality for human kind. Yet, rather than focus on doom and gloom, hope is offered with evidence of the new state of consciousness that is arising on the planet.

The book is essentially an invitation and guide into this "new" way of being human. Many tips, pointers and practices are provided to support the leap into "a new spiritual consciousness" which can save not only us, but also the planet.
I highly recommend this book.

In THE LEAP, author Constance Kellough expresses a hope for the future; an evolutionary leap of spiritual development for our planet.  To hear there is hope and that the movement forward is happening right now is both exciting and heartening.  Finally, there is a fresh, new perspective on what our planet can and will be.  The author is not a naive, Pollyanna type, she realizes the ravages and atrocities happening in the world today, however, Kellough views an opposite movement taking place as well.  “…for the first time in our history, a new spiritual consciousness is rapidly emerging that is broad-based, planet-wide, non-sectarian, and inclusive of all.  This higher level of consciousness is based on the realization that humans are essentially spiritual beings whose true nature is rooted in love.”  THE LEAP offers numerous, invaluable insights into spiritual evolution and consciousness.  The author clearly knows that of which she speaks and the resulting clarity she extends to the reader is greatly welcomed and appreciated.  The book contains 36 practices to deepen your own development as it ultimately affects global growth.

…we are the transition generation-the ones to go beyond humanity’s current repetitive insane acts and bridge to a more humane world.  We don’t have the time to wait for a subsequent generation to turn things around.  As the Hope Elders have so clearly reminded us:  ‘We are the ones we have been waiting for’.

Kellough expresses a need to see and recognize our oneness with the world.  Our separateness is what has kept us in a state of a perpetual, egoic struggle.  We must learn the art of stillness if we are to move past reactionary behavior and toward the Divine Self.  “When you live from Presence, you live from a higher state of consciousness.  Because of this, you are connected to and can feel the Presence in everyone and everything.  You come to see the other as yourself, and it is in this realization that our salvation lies.”  Stillness brings us to our true selves.  We learn that we are perfect as we are and that we do not require anything outside of ourselves to find peace or happiness.  This is where our true Power lies.  Kellough refers to this presence from stillness as the “Inner Knower”.  She goes on to describe the many attributes of a Divine mind and frankly, it is the key to a global salvation.  The solution cannot be on the same level as the problem, Einstein once mused.  This Leap is a leap of spiritual awareness and awakening.  We have to muster the courage to look at our own light in a world that is used to darkness.  “Self love is the great healer, but our  conditioning blocks the soothing flow of the love that we are….When you start to embrace your whole self and allow yourself to feel the unconditional love that is your very essence, you discover that you are not and never have been separate from the love Presence that permeates the universe.

Through the included practices, we can begin to enter a deeper consciousness.  We begin to feel the divine Self move and breathe.  We recognize who we truly are.  The Planet cannot stay the same when we witness for one moment our true identity.  It will bring global changes based upon “noble intentions”.  Kellough is on to something.  Gone is the thought that it cannot be done, this is simply an illusion that we have bought into.  Spirit is capable of moving mountains and parting seas.  When we feel through the heart of our divinity, we will be transformed.  THE LEAP is happening right now at this very moment.  There are some who are recognizing what is and always will be.  Are you ready to take THE LEAP and live the life you were always meant to live?

If you are, this book will introduce and guide you to basic spiritual principles that will empower you to look in the mirror and recognize the light that eternally is.

The Leap presents a seamless tapestry of visionary wisdom to awaken
us from the global nightmare we share and nudge us toward the reality
of our Oneness. Tying it all together, The Leap gives us a virtual
roadmap to the very edge of the cliff of life as we know it. From
there, the only step forward is to jump.”

RASHA, Author of ONENESS

The deeper I sink into The Leap, the more it becomes obvious that it is the most accessible and authentic book about stillness that I have yet read.

The Leap reads like a quiet conversation about ‘the power of stillness’ Constance Kellough has been having within herself since she first encountered Eckhart Tolle in 1997. To authentically accomplish the evolutionary leap from separated to collective consciousness; this is a conversation we too must enter within ourselves. Constance’s writing gently invites us to commence this internal dialogue in a way that is effortless, comprehensible, and accessible to all.

The Leap is a step we all have to take communicated in a way we can all understand.”

This is such an important book – and to feel its “transformative power” is crucial.  Constance’s Kellough’s love, compassion, and commitment to Truth shine brilliantly in The Leap.  I love the spiritual practices in Part II – a book in itself.

The Leap is the book of the New Time.  It explains the human dilemma and how to transcend humanity’s outdated ways.  It shows us how to empower ourselves to take this much needed leap of faith. Exquisitely done.

Thank God for Constance Kellough’s clear, beautiful insight.  I hope each of you get the treat of this powerful information.  It is transforming.

My assessment of a book such as The Leap depends upon the amount of new things I learn, the new perspectives I get, and how much I become inspired to change.  The Leap scored high in all categories.

Profound without being heavy, The Leap is a lucid text, with the author translating what spirituality looks like in the most mundane subjects and everyday activities.

I love the way The Leap goes from microcosm to macrocosm, from personal to planetary.  It’s a wake up call for sure, but so gentle at the same time – so feminine.  I feel Constance is speaking for Gaia Herself.

The Leap takes an encompassing and compassionate look at the global state of human spirituality as it looks today while presenting a wonderful action journey for its evolution.  No stone of the ego is left unturned in Kellough's gentle exploration of the shadow side even as her ardent yet simple Leap Practices give us powerful tools for transformation."
